Task Designer Module Using the Designer module you can design and create your own experiments and tasks. The menu-driven designer leads you through a series of steps that sets up the structure, timing, appearance, instructions, and practice items that comprise your experiment. Complete Graphical Interface All aspects of a task are accessible using an easy to use graphical interface. In the General Designer window you select the number of categories of stimuli you will be presenting, the number of questions per category, the timing between a response and the presentation of the next stimulus, the proposition of stimuli to be sampled from each category, what aspects of the stimulus presentation you want to randomize, the nature of the response made by a participant and if you are using screen buttons to respond, how you want the buttons labeled on the screen. The CAASRecorder allows you to record sound files up to 300 seconds in length and to then edit those files so you get the exact sound stimulus you want to present.
