Frequently Asked Questions I am having difficulty downloading, as after about an hour only 10% of the entire file is being downloaded!!....is there a zip version available? You are clearly experiencing some technical difficulties. The evaluation file is a zipped program and is about 8.75 mb in size which is not particularly large. If you are using a dialup connection at 56K the download should complete in about 1/2 hour. On a high-speed connection it should be 1-2 minutes. Sometimes Internet Service Providers [ISP] experience busy times and the service degrades. I suggest trying the download again at a different time of day. During the download there should be an updating field labeled "Estimated time left" and it will be displayed the #bytes downloaded out a total #bytes. If you continue to experience problems, when you are downloading please note both of these numbers after approximately 20 minutes has elapsed and let us know what they are. If all else fails we will arrange to send you a CD.
